Curry-fennel rice with chicken balsamic

Ingredients (2 servings)
- 300 g chicken breast
- 100 g brown rice
- 2 fennels (+- 300 g total)
- fresh coriander
- balsamic (I used concentrated balsamic syrup)
- curry powder
- chicken spices

Directions:
- Boil the rice (according to the directions on the package)
- Heat up a pan
- Cut the fennel in small pieces
- Put a bit olive oil in the pan and (stir) fry the fennel
- Add curry powder
- Put the fennel in a bowl and mix with fresh coriander
- Fry the chicken in the same pan and add some chicken spices
- Put everything on a plate with some balsamic
