Note: - Low cal, only 3 ingredients
- I used (micellar) casein protein powder vanilla flavor (= night protein, xxl-nutrition)
- Using casein protein powder will make the cookies more chewy
- If you use whey protein powder the cookies will be less chewy and more dry
Ingredients (12 cookies):
- 60 g walnuts or pecan nuts
- 60 g casein protein powder vanilla flavor (I used night protein, xxl-nutrition)
- 75 g prunes (you can also use dried figs)
- 170 - 200 ml warm water
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender
- Form little cookie balls by hand and place on a non-stick cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes at 180°C or until cookies look golden brown.
- It’s important to let them cool completely before eating them. When they’re still warm they tend to be too soft / liquidy.
